Cristiano Ronaldo has scored in his last eight La Liga appearances

This is the Portuguese's longest goal-scoring run in successive matches, breaking his record from the 2011/12 season when in seven games in a row he found the back of the net.
Cristiano Ronaldo is enjoying a spectacular end to the season. Insatiable in every match, the Portuguese has scored in all of the last eight La Liga matches he has appeared in. His last goal levelled matters against Valencia in the dying minutes of the encounter. That goal was Real Madrid's 100th in this season's La Liga campaign.

The forward is now enjoying his best ever goal-scoring streak in consecutive matches, having beaten his previous record of seven successive games with goals during the final stretch of the 2011/12 season. Preceding his fantastic finish against Valencia, he also hit the mark against Osasuna, Rayo, Sevilla, Barcelona, Málaga, Levante and Atlético Madrid. You have to go back to the 2nd of February, in San Mamés, to find the last match in which Cristiano played but failed to score.
